What can I do for free?

When will I need to pay?
Only when you want more than 2 AI planting conversations on your own garden. You can use the scenario garden's AI planner as much as you like to get comfortable before upgrading.
What if I'm not sure it's worth it?
Try a scenario garden first -- it's a real garden with real AI recommendations, and you can chat with the planner as much as you want. If you like what you see, your own garden is one upgrade away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings. Your garden data, sun analysis, and any plants you've placed are always yours -- they don't disappear.
What happens to my garden data if I cancel?
Your 3D model, sun analysis, borders, and plant records are all preserved. You'll still be able to view everything -- you just won't be able to start new AI conversations until you resubscribe.
Do I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds, but you keep access until the end of your billing period after cancelling. You're never locked in -- cancel anytime from your account settings.
What are visualisation credits?
Each credit lets you generate an AI visualisation of your planting design in your actual garden — so you can see how it looks before you buy a single plant. Subscribers get 1 free credit, and you can buy more anytime in packs of 1 or 5.
